Terms Of Service

General

Please write clearly what you are trying to have commissioned. Provide neat references and not just paragraphs of text. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs. Failure to follow the rules provided means that I have the right to decline your commission.

Payments

Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment. All commissions must all be paid in full upfront. I start on the requested art only after I receive the payment. If the invoice has not been paid within three days, I will cancel the request for payment and cancel the commission.

Revisions

Work In Progress steps will be given to the commissioner at the sketch stage, line art stage, and final colored stage (UNLESS Skeb-style commission). Three revisions are allowed at the sketch stage, two revisions are allowed at the lineart phase. Once the final piece is completed, additional edits will have additional costs.

Deadlines and Delivery

The time for your commission to be completed within the max of: 2 months (per emote)
Other forms of commissions may be subject to deadline variability. I will state my deadline in my return message to your commission for any non-emote related work.

Use

Emotes may be used commercially for Twitch, YouTube, Discord, etc, but may not be used for the purpose of selling merchandise. For all other types of commissions, a commercial fee may be applicable.
I retain all copyright to my art.
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece, but must not make major edits to the artwork. Credit MUST be given.
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.The commissioner may:
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. [Unless stated and agreed upon with the commissioner]
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.For commissions other than emotes:
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200%+ of original price. With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork. This includes using it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited. You MUST discuss this with me in advance.

Refunds

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received.
If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.If you file a chargeback against me:
- Your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You are forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
- Your name will be publicly noted for other artists to watch out for.
- I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
